The logo has a lot of meaning behind it.  It is a modified hurricane logo.  The center represents the calm "in" the storm.  While life may be a storm around you, you (U) can be within that calm.

The three legs/arms represent the mind, body and spirit.  Because of my Christian background it also represents the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
